HONEY DIJON BRINGS PARIS TO YOU WITH THIS EXCLUSIVE SLIDESHOW FROM THE MEN'S SHOWS IN THE CITY OF LIGHTS

Paris, France—Men's fashion week in Paris is my favorite. Not only is it much more relaxed than all the other fashion weeks, there is a sense of calm amongst all the chaos. People are much more chill, the parties are easier to get into, and there a lot of cute boys running around. OK, they're models and they're paid to be cute, but it's still a feast for the eyes. Once again, I worked with Kim Jones on the show music for Louis Vuitton. It's such a pleasure to work with him because Kim has an encyclopedic knowledge of music and he knows exactly what he wants. This season we went with the rave classic "Age Of Love." The collection was based on his many travels and his recent visits to Bhutan and Nepal. It was undoubtedly one of the best shows of the season. The dinner party to celebrate post show success was held at the legendary Dave and it was filled with many of Kim's supporters and friends including Kanye West, Jamie Hince, Verbal, Princess Julia, Tim Blanks, Catherine Baba, Ladyfag, Sue Tilley, Michael Costiff, and Fran Cutler. Chic and super fun.

The next day was the Givenchy show and the beginnings of a major snow storm in Paris paralyzed the city. Luckily the snow began once the Givenchy show had finished—and what a show it was! Nobody does dark romanticism better than Riccardo Tisci. This collection was based on his love of Amerika and Robert Mapplethorpe. Presented on a circular runway of endless candles, it brought to mind some kind of seance or fashion exorcism. The party Pacino—presented by Ladyfag and Josh Wood, hosted by Catherine Baba, with doorman Jerome Puch—was the go-to spot later that night, where Marcelo Burlon and I are the resident DJs. The last couple of seasons the party was held at David Lynch's Silencio, but we moved it to a new venue called the Titty Twister this time. Speaking of titties, the party was such a hit that I ended up DJing topless! On that note, until next season...........
